This week Pablo comes from the top of the the Albar Mountain in the Galilee area of Israel. This is the exact place Jesus went to pray after feeding the 5000 before he joined the disciples in the middle of the Sea of Galilee. Pablo shares with us that the importance of having a balanced life does not depend on the pace of our lives but instead it is something that it is necessary regardless of our chores and everyday duties.
